In this issue, we would like to continue our recommendation of oysters from the previous issue.
Oysters delivered directly from the producing area are large oysters with plump meat and rich, thick flavor.
You can enjoy the fresh oysters, which are made from Hokkaido oysters, either raw as they are or grilled, the way you like them.
The taste of raw and baked dishes are different, so I recommend you to compare them.

For a banquet, try the all-you-can-drink course!
We also offer course meals that are perfect for drinking parties and various banquets.
This course includes 7 dishes such as chilled steamed egg custard with fresh seafood, assorted sashimi, sushi, etc., and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours for 5,000 yen per person (tax included).
The sashimi includes fish representative of Hokkaido, and the meat menu also includes tsukune, or tsukune made from Hokkaido's "Dosan Kenkou Pork" pork.
We offer a wide variety of drinks such as beer, highballs, wine, and cocktails for all-you-can-drink, so please enjoy your banquet with your favorite drink.
