The restaurant is committed to local production for local consumption and offers a wide variety of excellent dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the best fresh seafood that can be enjoyed with both the eyes and the palate.
The "Dosan Masu" (769 yen (tax included)) is our signature dish, loaded with crab and salmon roe!
In addition to the crab and salmon roe that spilled out of the squares, salmon was also added!
Enjoy the luxury of a generous portion.

～Cuisine using Hokkaido's "Kenkou Pork" brand
In addition to fresh seafood, we also offer mouth-watering meat dishes.
This time, we would like to introduce an excellent dish using "Kenkou Pork," which is also a Hokkaido brand pork.
The delicious taste of kenkou pork, which has no peculiar smell of pork and sweet fatty meat.
For skewers that can be tasted as they are, we recommend skewers made from belly meat and tsukune skewers.
Tsukune skewers are also available with cheese, tsukimi and other arrangements.
Kenkou pork is also used in our regular menu items such as gyoza (dumplings) and croquettes.

Fresh ingredients from Hokkaido can be tasted at "iki no Izakaya Aiyo Kita 1-jo Store," which is directly shipped from the production area.
